SPECIAL YEAR-END MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD
OF THE TOWN OF SARATOGA, 30 FERRY ST.,
Wednesday, December 29, 2004
Supervisor Thomas Wood opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance
at 4:09 p.m.
Roll call: Ruth Drumm, Town Clerk, called the roll. Supervisor Thomas Wood - present, Councilman Bruce Cornell - absent, Councilman Michael McLoughlin – absent, Councilman Fred Drumm- present and Councilman Charles Hanehan - present.
Also present: Assessor/Bookkeeper Catherine DeFelice, Town Attorney William Reynolds.
New Business: Resolution #04-145 was introduced by Supervisor Thomas Wood and seconded by Councilman Fred Drumm to transfer funds due to additional costs incurred from Contingency Account # A1990.4 to the following: $12.58 to Account # A1330.4 Tax Collector for postage and $4,067.06 to Account # B8020.4 Planning for engineering fees.
The next agenda meeting will be on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. and the next regular meeting of the Town Board (Organizational Meeting) will be Monday, January 10, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
Audit the Bills: General A $7,355.14, General B $6,165.80, Highway Outside
$11,366.60, Building Reserve $4,757.94, Youth Services $230.69 for a total expense of $29,876.17.
A motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Fred Drumm and seconded by Councilman Charles Hanehan at 5:25 p.m. Supervisor Thomas Wood III – aye, Councilman Bruce Cornell – absent, Councilman Fred Drumm – aye, Councilman Charles Hanehan – aye, Councilman Michael McLoughlin – absent Carried 3 - 0
