Supervisor Thomas Wood opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance
at 8:35 a.m.

New Business:
A motion was made by
Councilman Fred Drumm and seconded by Councilman Michael McLoughlin the
following Resolution #08-85 �Appointing a Clerk,
Part-time, was
adopted by vote: �Supervisor Thomas Wood � aye, Councilman Fred
Drumm � aye, Councilman Charles Hanehan � absent, Councilwoman Betty Koval -
aye, Councilman Michael McLoughlin � aye�
Carried 4 � 0.
At
a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Saratoga, County of
Saratoga, State of New York, held on June 25, 2008 the following resolution was
made as indicated above,
����������� WHEREAS, the office of Town Justice is
in need of temporary clerical help beyond the present staffing; it is hereby
����������� RESOLVED, that Gloria Gonzalez be
appointed on a temporary basis to perform clerical duties in the Town Justice
office for one day on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the rate of pay of $10.71 per
hour, and be it further
����������� RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor
is authorized to enter into an employment contract with Gloria Gonzalez for the
purpose of carrying out this resolution.
A motion to adjourn at 8:37 a.m. was made by Councilman Michael McLoughlin���
