Supervisor Thomas Wood opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Roll call: Town Clerk, Linda McCabe, called

present, Councilman Gary Squires - present, Councilwoman Ruth Drumm - present.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Councilman
Michael McLoughlin and seconded by Councilwoman Ruth Drumm, to accept the March
5, 2020 Agenda Meeting Minutes and the March 9, 2020 Regular Meeting minutes as
written.� Roll Call vote as follows: Supervisor
Thomas Wood - aye, Councilman Michael McLoughlin � aye, Councilman James
Jennings � aye, Councilman Gary Squires - aye, Councilwoman Ruth Drumm - aye.

Supervisor
Thomas Wood stated the Town monthly reports are in the Board�s packets as well
as on file in the Town Clerk�s office.�
He asked the Board to review those at their leisure.�
New
business:
On a motion by Councilman James
Jennings and seconded by Councilman Michael McLoughlin, the following Resolutions #20-51� BAR
Appointment of Terri Korb, was adopted by Roll Call vote as follows: Supervisor

WHEREAS, there
is a vacancy on the Board of Assessment Review due to the resignation of Ruth
Drumm; now, therefore, be it
����������� RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the
Town of Saratoga hereby appoints Terri Korb to the BAR, fulfilling the 5 year term
of Ruth Drumm, through 09/30/2021.���
Supervisor Thomas Wood stated
that the Town Council, as well as himself, audited the bills earlier today, one
at a time in keeping with the physical distancing in place for everyone�s
safety.� He then noted that tentatively
