Returning Applicant has been approved to build a retail store in the Village of Schuylerville and is seeking a Special Use Permit to establish a paved area and dumpster enclosure to accompany the adjacent retail store, which is on the section of the property located within the limits of the town.

Applicant proposes a two lot subdivision of his 4.83+/-acre parcel.  He will retain Lot 1, which has an existing well, septic and garage, that will be improved, for residential use for himself.  Lot 2, which has an existing residence, well and septic, will be sold.
