Chairman Ian Murray called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.

Planning Clerk Linda McCabe called the roll: Chairman Ian Murray � present, Laurie

Griffen � present, Patrick Hanehan � present, Robert McConnell � present,

Joseph Lewandowski � absent, George Olsen - present, Christopher Koval - present, Alternate Walter Borisenok - present.

Due to the absence of Board Member Joseph Lewandowski, Walter Borisenok was elevated to full voting status.

Applicant seeks to subdivide 8.44+/- acres with existing residence and barns from his 154+/- acre parcel.� The remaining 147+/- acres will remain in agricultural pursuits.

Chairman Ian Murray stated James Vianna, PLS, notified him that due to family obligations he was unable to attend the meeting.� Chairman Ian Murray stated the application is complete and clear and asked if there were any Board questions; there were none.� Chairman Ian Murray stated we will publish for a Public Hearing for next month.
